Oil Filter Element - Parts Stock- Stag

Dealers are requested to examine all oil filter elements, part number 516886, currently in stock to ensure that the sealing washers attached to the filter ends are fully secured. Should this not be the case, the sealing washers must be reattached with a good impact adhesive.

Failure to do this could result in serious engine damage in the event that an element sealing washer became displaced during filter installation. This would in turn cause restricted oil flow through the engine.
