Ballast Resistor- Stag

Please note the correct wiring connections to the ballast resistor and ignition coil shown in the diagram below.

If the white and slate wire (white with slate tracer) is inadvertantly connected to the ignition coil, premature failure of the distributor points will occur.

Note: The single white and yellow wire (white with yellow tracer) must always be connected to the ignition coil.
